How do I engage with employers?

Your skillset will be matched to employers who are looking for your profile. You can apply for the open roles posted by employers through Niya's Job Board, and the employers will contact you via Niya's Talent Platform afterwards. No more applying to opportunities and not hearing back from the hiring manager!

How long will it take for my profile to be approved?

We aim to verify and approve your profile within 48 business hours.

What are the requirements for having my profile approved?

In order to create a Niya profile, we ask that you self-identify as a member of an underrepresented community. We work with individuals who have been displaced (refugees, asylum seekers, stateless individuals and internally displaced individuals), ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+, women in tech, physically and cognitively displaced people. Should you wish to connect to employment opportunities through Niya's platform we also ask that you have the right to work in the country you are located in and have an upper intermediate level of English.

What are the benefits of registering with Niya?

How does the Refer a Friend scheme work?

If you refer a friend to Niya and they secure a role through Niya's talent platform, you will receive a £250 referral bonus. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can provide and your friend should simply mention your name when they sign up.

There are 3 ways that companies can be matched to candidates via Niya’s platform. (1) Receive inbound applications through Niya’s job board. (2) Filter, screen and share outbound requests to candidates via Niya’s centralised talent marketplace. (3) See the candidate recommendations via your profile, featuring those who match your specific job criteria.
